Nix Et Laxando
I cannot wait until this semester is over. :) I'm going to do nothing, for days on end I'll be doing absolutely nothing, but hanging out with my friends and just chill. :) I am absolutely geeked for Christmas break. Now all you people's who want snow may have your snow because I'll be sleeping in to God knows when and won't have to shovel ;p Christmas is going to be awesome this year.

Patet Convelo Recens Flagelli
So life is good. It's not snowing. (I get why some of you want snow but it's not enough reason for me to miss it) It feels absolutely wonderful outside, especially today. I got good grades on all my tests last week and all i have to do is survive another week and a half and school will be out and I can sleep in. : ) Also. Vengeance is mine, finally. It's taken a week but I will have it. hehehehehe. Now I just have to survive the onslaught of my procrastination.... which may or may not be possible... wish me luck!

Trepidus et Proditione
So it's December and THERE'S no snow. NONE. Not even a little bit. I am very happy about this:) Now I don't have to get up and shovel. I don't have to layer up and freeze my but off while trying to shovel snow before school. I don't have to dig out any cars from the white fluff that usually coats our place on the planet this time of year. It's been GLORIOUS. Of course I still sort of miss it as I drive down and there's no picturesque banks of sparkling, usually white snow on the sides of the roads. There are no twinkling icicles dripping from the trees like stalagmites in a cave. But other than that I'm geeked! Absolutely and irrevocably geeked that there is no snow. A Plus

Diem Ad Choro Di
So we are looking through these articles and they're named "Man: Leader told me to kill wife" and "Report: Couches may be toxic" and "Gone in 13 seconds: $90,000 worth of watches stolen from Macy's" "Man Kills Virtual Girlfriend at Wedding" "Cops find home intruder asleep in closet"
Okay, a guy kills a prayer leader's wife because he was asked to??? Come now.. Couches cause cancer everyone! Or at least the stuff that makes them fire retardant does.... And apparently $90,000 worth of watches isn't sitting behind protective glass and you can just rip them off their chains. Also, would you marry a guy who, at your wedding, had a seat reserved for his game console which contained his virtual girlfriend? Or CRIED when you made him crush it? And don't get me started about people breaking into other people's closets to stay in. Just because you came out of your own closet doesn't mean you have the right to barge into someone elses! :p

Desidiabulum Ad Potum Domus
Last weekend was the best! I went to Starbucks three times in two days, and this little place called Hepburn's in The Village. They have this hot chocolate with a thick layer of marshmallow fluff on top, DELICIOUS <3 I'm pretty sure I almost fell in love. Jk Jk.
Hot chocolate and cookies are the only good part about winter. It's so cold outside it give you a reason to climb in the most comfortable warm pajamas you have and sit by a fire with a cup of cocoa and never leave.
OR
You could go to Starbucks and lounge like a hipster and drink your espresso and chai talking about the things that bother you most about society and reflecting on nature's seemingly perfect unity and beauty as the sun sets on that blustery fall day with the sting of winter in the air, giving reason for your awesome boots and coat.
:) You know if winter lasted the month of December I think I would be okay with it. But it doesn't so the Snow Queen and I are forever at odds.

Undecim palos in latinam
So today is Tuesday, however it feels like Monday to me since I went to the DIA yesterday. Why yes, it WAS closed. We were fortunate enough to run into Susan who had time on her hands and showed us the French exhibits, well, the art was all done in France about the French but the artists weren't necessarily from France. I was kind of hoping she'd do the tour in France so I could listen to her talk and not understand a word she said. Everything sounds prettier in French (unless you're speaking French with an American accent....) so it would've been so cool! Jim apparently has dropped off the face of the earth and no one has been able to find him. Ah well, he'll show up eventually.... A plus mes amis! Vous aves un aujourd'hui bon!

curiosus percuriosus
So I don't know about the rest of you, but November feels more like December. I feel like the minute it turned November 1st all the leaves on almost all the trees conspired to fall at that moment. So now I am left with nothing and must wait anxiously for winter to coat us with her sparkling, freezing white coat. Last year, at this time, I was still okay with getting up because my room wasn't freezing. Now every morning I stay in as long as possible to avoid the confrontation with the cold. I went so far as to wear socks and a jacket last night..... Ah well, C'est la vie. Ma vie est bon, quelquefois. :) A PLUS May the weather get colder so one day it will be warmer.
